NACA Shoutout!

I had to give a little shoutout to NACA....A program that I used to be my mediator and negotiate a loan modification with my bank. What did they negotiate? Well I recieved my offer from Countrywide..........and............drumroll please.................. my interest only loan is now in a fixed 2.875% for one year...then 3.875% for the 2nd year and then 4.875% fo the life of the loan. YAY! My payment was dropped $600 a month.....I'm sure a family of 6 will find many things to do with the money. And the best thing is, I am PAYING PRINCIPLE! YES! So...if any of you are in a place like I was, I strongly urge you to give NACA a go. It can be a long drawn out process(it took us 6 months) but DEFINITLY worth it! We feel so blessed!
